Do you think it is possible to raise a column that is 120 meters high and as wide as your living room using no crane, in just 20 days?
We did it.

WESA LLC, together with PROKON LLC, has shown outstanding scaffolding and construction performance in the renewal project of Flue Gas Stack in the HAOR field. The most challenging part of this construction was the removal of the old Flue Gas Stack which was made out of several layers of bent sheet plates.  

To prevent injuries and time lost in the shutdown due to intensive wind, no crawler crane was used in the project. In 30 days, more than 100 tons of steel structure were removed and the new stack was installed using traverse and strand jack systems, making this project one of the most challenging projects of the year 2022.

WESA LLC, together with PROKON LLC, has shown excellent construction performance in the flue pipe renewal project at the HAOR site. The most difficult part of this construction was the removal of the old flue, which was made of several layers of bent sheet metal.

A high-tonnage crane was not used in the project to minimize work accidents and lost time due to strong wind. Demolition of 100 tons of steel structure in 30 days, installation of new pipe using re-travers and hydraulic lifting systems made this project one of the most challenging projects of 2022.
